ability to hydrokinetically manipulate water in all its forms.
Other than the United Republic, the people of the Water Tribes can be found mainly
in three different tribes across the globe: the Northern Tribe, the Southern Tribe,
and the Foggy Swamp Tribe. The main
differences between the three tribes are as follows:
